Easy methods to alkalize and energize.


The premise of an alkaline diet is that nutrients found in supplements, alkalizing foods, and water can bring the body back to balance. These vitamins, minerals, herbs and infuse the body with new energy, vitality and better health.


I have read substantially, and learned the theory very much from the effects of an acidic human body environment.


* In your arteries â€" eats away at the linings and gives plaque a foothold.

* In your bloodstream â€" kills your body’s defenses â€" leaving you with a compromised immune system, vulnerable to infection.

* In your body tissues â€" drains the calcium in your bones â€" and causes crippling osteoporosis.


What does this all mean? Taking alkaline foods and water in order to provide nutrients the body needs to neutralize acids and toxins in the blood, lymph, tissues and cells may be something that support your body. Of course, it is always wise and the recommendation of this author for you to check with your health professional to help you make the best health decision that is appropriate for you.


Transition to a healthier diet alkaline require a change of attitude toward food. The most important aspect is keeping in mind that one step at a time get you to your destination, as long as you don't give up. Keep adding foods that are more alkaline each day. Here are some ideas to support you in your goals:


Don't take in as much sugar, this includes sodas, jello, ice cream, candy, etc..


* Avoid processed foods and condiments including ketchup, salad dressings, pickles, breakfast meats, canned fruit, bread, taste, cheese dips, peanut butter, prepared seafood, frozen vegetables, biscuits, canned soups, hot dogs, sausages, sweetened yogurt.


* Avoid cooking and heating food and beverages in a microwave oven.


Avoid those fried foods and fast food. They call them junk food for a reason.


* Eat more veggies, especially those green leafy vegetables. That's why Momma always made us eat our veggies.


* Getting your grains can be good. However, making sure they are the right kind of grains and in moderation is the key. Too many grains turn into too much sugar & thus begin creating a series of health challenges. The Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota has established that consumption of whole grains reduces the risk of chronic diseases including cancer and cardiovascular disease. Eating cereal you can eat less but feel full. Grains should comprise about 20% of your diet.


Drink water, hydrate, toma agua, and I'll repeat it in as many ways, and as many languages as possible, drink water. Your body is made up of over 70% water, lets replenish it..

Create alkaline balance within your physique will bring a far better quality of life. You just may begin to see immediate changes in your health. You may notice an increas in energy, your concentration may be stronger. See what happens to your build strength, endurance and resistance to disease. In general, you may find that your human body may work more efficiently, just as it was designed to do.
